Created Sapphire

Also known as synthetic or lab Sapphires are gemstones that replicate the properties and appearance of natural Sapphires but are produced in a controlled environment.

They are chemically identical to natural Sapphires, composed primarily of Aluminium Oxide with trace elements that give them colour.

Sapphire is also found in many, other shades besides blue, from the gold of a sunrise, to the fiery reddish-orange of sunset, to the delicate violet of twilight. These diverse colours are referred to as “fancy” colour Sapphires.

A gift of a Sapphire symbolises a pledge of trust and loyalty. It is from this tradition that Sapphire has long been a popular choice for engagement rings. One of Nature’s most durable gemstones, Sapphire shares this quality with its sister, the Ruby.

Birthstone for September.

Why is it called Gold Filled? Actually, the gold is on the outside, the industry decided on “gold-filled” to identify this kind of jewellery it has nothing to do with being filled with gold.

Measure Your Wrist Accurately

Measuring your wrist is the first and most critical step in finding the perfect bracelet size. It’s crucial to measure accurately to ensure your bracelet fits comfortably.

  • To measure your wrist, you'll need a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler.

  • Wrap the measuring tape or string around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. If you're using a string, mark the point where it overlaps.

  • Lay the measuring tape or string flat and use the ruler to measure the length in centimetres.

Measure your wrist size

Step 1: Wrap the tape measure just above the wrist bone so that it fits snugly without feeling too tight or too loose.

Step 2: Mark where the tape measure overlaps. This is the exact circumference of your wrist.

Note: You can substitute the measuring tape with a string or ribbon and use a straight ruler to measure the length from the point of overlap to the end.

If it is not done properly, then the size will be inaccurate and I will make a bangle based on the loose size, which always has led to returns being too big.

Just to let you know, most people make the tape loose because they worry that I will make a “tight bangle”. This is not the case.
