The lotus flower is a symbol for awakening to the spiritual reality of life.
It is a symbol of the sun, creation and rebirth. At night the flower closes and sinks underwater at dawn it rises and opens again.
The lotus flowers purpose is to accelerate the souls evolvement and to enhance healing on every level. The lotus can inspire meditation, dreams and creativity.
In Buddhist art, a fully blooming lotus flower signifies enlightenment, while a closed bud represents turning towards enlightenment.
The well-known mantra Om Mani Padme Hum roughly translates into “the jewel in the heart of the lotus.”
Often the Buddha is perched atop a lotus flower symbolising purity and divine birth.

Measure Your Wrist Accurately
Measuring your wrist is the first and most critical step in finding the perfect bracelet size. It’s crucial to measure accurately to ensure your bracelet fits comfortably.
-
To measure your wrist, you'll need a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler.
-
Wrap the measuring tape or string around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. If you're using a string, mark the point where it overlaps.
-
Lay the measuring tape or string flat and use the ruler to measure the length in centimetres.
Measure your wrist size
Step 1: Wrap the tape measure just above the wrist bone so that it fits snugly without feeling too tight or too loose.
Step 2: Mark where the tape measure overlaps. This is the exact circumference of your wrist.
Note: You can substitute the measuring tape with a string or ribbon and use a straight ruler to measure the length from the point of overlap to the end.
If it is not done properly, then the size will be inaccurate and I will make a bangle based on the loose size, which always has led to returns being too big.
Just to let you know, most people make the tape loose because they worry that I will make a “tight bangle”. This is not the case.
